Migrating bitbucket server to cloud queries, do users and projects disappear from server when moved?

Hi, I am working on a project right now to migrate our bitbucket projects and users to cloud. My question is once the migration has taken place (IE: I select migrate all users) will their access be revoked from our local instance? If so is there a way to negate this as we are doing this project by project for now to ensure full functionality.

The BCMA migration tool will not make any changes to your Bitbucket server permission or access. The tools will simply migrate the necessary data over to the cloud.
