Hi George and welcome to the community!

Your account's password can only be used for logging in to the website from browser.

When you clone, pull, or push to a Bitbucket Cloud repo with Basic authentication over HTTPS, you will need to generate an app password:

When you get asked to provide a password during the git clone operation, you will need to provide the app password you generated. If you only need to clone, pull, or push to repos, the app password should have Respositories - Read and Write permissions.

Please feel free to let me know how it goes.

Just a heads up, I edited the repo URL and email to protect your privacy, as this is a public forum.

Kind regards,
Theodora
