Unable to export issues with the Idalko Grid table details for more than 1000

Hi ,

I am unable to extract the issues with Idalko Grid table details for more than 1000 , but the export max limit is set to 5000.

But the issues are getting exported without the Grid Table.  Can any one help on the above request/issue.

Hi Franics,

We have few Grid fields which are not getting exported into excel when we try to export for more than 1000 issues , where as if issues are less than 1000 then the Grid field details are getting exported.

The Max export limit is set to 50000.
