"Error occurred during setting updates:" (no explanation) while reindexing

When I run the re-index operation within the Zephyr for Jira plugin configuration area, I get the error: "Error occurred during setting updates:" with no other explanation. The file shows:

It seems like the indexing actually worked, but I cannot tell what the real problem is because the explanation is missing.

Could you tell me what I need to do next to address this problem?

Thank you. How can I tell whether this is the same problem? With the issue you supplied, that problem didn't manifest itself in the user interface, and with my problem, there wasn't anything logged. They almost seem like separate issues.
