Email looping issue

We are currently experiencing an issue with notification emails when sending requests for approvals as well as the approvals themselves.

The request for approval will be sent out repeatedly at 1 minute intervals.

Once the approval response is submitted, an email notification will go to all members of the project repeatedly at 1 minute intervals. Including the user who responded to the email.

Current configuration of the Mail Handlers default settings.

The Advanced mail loop detection is set to 1.

Hello,
In order to investigate the bug we need the following:
atlassian_jira.log, atlassian-jira-outgoing-mail.log and atlassian-jira-incoming-mail.log.
Take care having turned ON the Outgoing Mail debug log and the Incoming Mail debug log.
